Lukas Eylert and Tim Lenz met in 2017 while studying chemistry at the Technical University of Munich. Both share an enthusiasm for research and enjoy communicating scientific content. Together, they have already published more than 10 scientific papers. Since 2022, they have been putting their two passions into practice by advising small and medium-sized companies on their chemical issues.

MSc. Lukas Markus Eylert
Lukas Eylert studied chemistry at the Technical University of Munich, specializing in inorganic chemistry and polymer chemistry. Since 2022, he has been working on his doctorate at the WACKER Chair of Macromolecular Chemistry at the Technical University of Munich, focusing in particular on AI-supported laboratory automation. He is also a certified fluid system engineer from the company Swagelok. His research has already taken him to the Netherlands, where he worked under Nobel Prize laureate Ben Feringa. Since 2022, he has been advising companies with a special focus on innovation strategies, sustainability concepts and regulation & safety.

Dr. Tim Maximilian Lenz
Tim Lenz graduated at the top of his year in chemistry at the Technical University of Munich and was awarded the faculty’s Manchot Study Prize. During his studies, he specialized in organic chemistry and polymer chemistry in particular. After a research stay at the University of California, San Diego, he completed his doctoral thesis on polyolefins at the WACKER Chair of Macromolecular Chemistry at the Technical University of Munich. At the age of 26, he received his doctorate with the highest distinction of summa cum laude. After completing his doctorate, he worked as a process engineer in the semiconductor industry. Since 2022, he has been advising companies with a special focus on process optimization and raw material consulting and has also launched our personnel training program.
