Initial situation

The supplier of one of our customers in the textile fiber manufacturing industry could no longer guarantee the same purity of its raw materials as in the past. Our customer was therefore concerned whether the quality of their products would be affected by this change, forcing them to switch to a more expensive supplier.

Solution and services

We investigated which impurities in the starting material could disrupt our customer’s chemical processes. It turned out that the changed product specifications had no impact on the quality of the end products.
